- When ordering from GHBC’s Lands' End Storefront, you must create a separate account - even if you already have a Lands' End account.
- Please note that GHBC is not responsible for any error on your part - please review your orders before submitting.
- You may choose from three logos presented on the website - Logos are $6.95 each. The logo will be embroidered (not screen printed). You may wish to change the color of the embroidery.
- Please note shipping cost and delivery time - due to stock and time it takes to embroider the logo - some may take 13-17 days. As far as shipping goes... be sure to look at Lands' End Promotions at https://business.landsend.com/ at the top of page in the blue banner.

- Eligible returns received within 90 days of receipt of shipment will be issued to the original form of payment when available.
- Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only when accompanied by a Lands’ End proof of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
- Non-Lands' End labeled promotional products may be returned for up to 90 days. Refund will be in the original form of payment. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
- All returns are final. Items sent to Lands’ End outside of the terms of this Return Policy are not subject to refund and will not be returned to sender.
